You are the first voice a homeowner hears after they enquire. You call and message our incoming leads, understand what they are trying to build, qualify the ones that are real, and book site visits and studio consultations for our design team. This is an onsite role at our Uttarahalli studio.

What you will do
✓
Call and message every incoming enquiry from the website, WhatsApp and referrals, usually within a few hours.
✓
Understand what the homeowner actually wants — property type, locality, rough budget and timeline.
✓
Qualify leads honestly, so the design team spends its time on projects that are real.
✓
Book site visits and studio consultations, then confirm and follow up so people actually turn up.
✓
Keep the enquiry pipeline clean and up to date, with notes a designer can pick up cold.
✓
Share what you hear from the market — objections, competitor quotes, price sensitivity by locality.
What we are looking for

Good communication skills, spoken and written. You will be the studio's first impression.
✓
A graduation degree in any discipline.
✓
Fluent English; Kannada, Hindi or Tamil is a strong advantage.
✓
Comfortable on the phone all day and persistent about follow-up without being pushy.
✓
Organised enough to keep a pipeline accurate without being chased.
✓
Freshers are welcome — we will train you on the product and the pricing.

Onsite. You will work from our studio at Studio 239, 13th Block, Govt Apartment, Bhuwaneshri Nagar, Uttarahalli, Bengaluru 560061. Being in the room with the design team is the point of the role — you hand leads over in person, not over email.
A graduation degree in any discipline. We care more about how you speak to a homeowner who is nervous about spending ₹5 lakh than about which subject you studied.
No. We will teach you the product — packages, materials, timelines and how our pricing is built. What you need to bring is clear communication and the discipline to follow up on every lead.
Fluent English is essential since much of our enquiry flow is from IT-corridor professionals. Kannada, Hindi or Tamil are a strong advantage for site conversations and older-locality clients.
Mostly not. Our leads come in through the website, WhatsApp and referrals, so you are calling people who have already asked to hear from us. Some follow-up on older enquiries is part of the work.
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00, matching our studio hours. Occasional flexibility is needed when a client can only take a call in the evening.
On qualified site visits and studio consultations booked, and on how many of those convert with the design team. We set targets together and review them monthly rather than sprung on you at the end of a quarter.
