Sarjapur Road Interior Design Guide
Premium gated townships, 4 BHK and duplex scope — what Sarjapur Road projects involve and what they cost.
Sarjapur Road is Bangalore's premium township corridor. The housing runs larger than most of the city — 3 and 4 BHKs, duplexes and villas inside gated developments — and the briefs run correspondingly bigger.
The typical brief
A full-home turnkey fit-out at premium or luxe specification, taken at possession. Kitchen, three or four wardrobes, living and dining storage, a study, full false ceiling with designed lighting, and increasingly a dedicated home office rather than a corner.
What premium actually buys here
At ₹11–16 Lac for a 3 BHK you get BWP plywood throughout, premium laminate or acrylic shutters, branded soft-close hardware with corner and pantry solutions, quartz counters, and full layered lighting with dimming. Above that, luxe means veneer, lacquered and fluted glass, stone detailing, custom lighting design with scenes, and loose furniture specified into the scheme.
Our honest view: for most families the premium tier covers everything they notice daily. Luxe is worth it where the architecture supports it — double-height spaces, villa proportions, genuine entertaining.
Township-specific practicalities
- Fit-out guidelines. Large townships publish detailed rules. Read them before finalising design, not after.
- Work-hour windows and deposits are standard and strictly enforced at this scale.
- Service lift booking for material movement, often in advance slots.
- Distance. The corridor is long; deliveries and labour movement need planning into the schedule.
- Villa projects often involve genuine civil work — that is a different programme from an apartment fit-out.
Cost and timeline
3 BHK ₹11–16 Lac, 4 BHK from ₹15 Lac, duplex and villa from ₹25 Lac. 55–75 days for a 3 BHK; villas and duplexes are sequenced and quoted on scope.
